          The Office of the University Council held a meeting to analyze corruption risks and establish prevention guidelines for the 2026 fiscal year. The meeting emphasized risk prevention measures in procurement and human resource management to ensure transparency and strict compliance with established regulations.
          On March 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM, at the Office of the University Council, Mr. Banjongwit Yingyong, Head of the Office of the University Council, along with office staff, convened the Internal Control Evaluation Committee Meeting No. 1/2026. The primary objective was to consider risk management strategies for the current year’s operations. The discussion centered on analyzing risk issues aligned with the Office’s missions, specifically regarding corruption risks related to the exercise of legal power and authority in three key areas:
          Procurement: Emphasizing neutrality in defining supplies specifications to prevent any unfair advantages or conflicts of interest.
          Mission-Based Services: Preventing the solicitation or acceptance of benefits in exchange for facilitation. Clear operational mechanisms have been established to ensure all tasks are accurate and auditable.
          Human Resource Management: Ensuring transparency in the recruitment, selection, and performance evaluation processes of employees.
          Furthermore, all personnel within the Office of the University Council have committed to upholding the Ethics and Good Governance Guidelines (Do & Don’t). This commitment ensures that overall operations remain orderly and meet the high standards set by the university.
